Default Online Pack with Data Plan questions

My brand new 2023 110 is showing that my vehicle is putting out 4G wifi connectivity and my Incontrol account shows I have Online Pack with Data Plan, but when I select Connectivity in Pivi Pro settings, HotSpot is not showing. Anyone have similar experience?

Hmmm... it should def show HOTSPOT in the menus... Mine does.

Was hotspot/wifi on your build sheet / window sticker?

Def a software issue I read about over past couple years where people have had this option appearing and dispearring. I'd say.... Dealer visit !

Somewhat related, but has the mobile data provider changed from AT&T to T-Mobile recently here in the US, or is it just me?

Mine changed from AT&T to T-Mobile briefly and now back to AT&T.

Try logging out of your InControl account and back in and see if that changes anything.

Mine switches between the two networks depending on where I am at the time. I have noticed, however, when I am connected to AT&T everything works great. When the car is connected to T-Mobile, I've noticed a lot of signal issues, including the car displaying "2G" instead of "4G."

The surefire way to know the car is connected to T-Mobile (for me) is to look in CarPlay. It will show CarPlay using the phone's network, not the car Wifi even though the phone is connected to the car's Wifi (i.e., it will show "5G" or "5G+" instead of the Wifi "fan" icon).

One option to visiting the Dealer (which I loath) is to call JLR Tech Support. I would place the call and work while on hold before going to the Dealer.

Good luck!
