Silver on the left side, black on the right! Best of both worlds!

Sadly, as I sat yesterday staring at the car and wheels, wondering if I really wanted to go thtough the work of swapping them, i considered doing half and seeing how i felt about it.

But I've heard/read that small differences in tire size can cause trouble with the cars computers. I didnt want to tempt the devil.

Keep the wheels and change the tires. The GY Wranglers are really really bad on anything that isn’t dry pavement. I changed mine out after 1 trip on the snow.

They're already mounted on the rims. Swapping them is about 1/2 an hour's effort but we all have our own threshold.

Many including myself run larger tires. No computer issues. For the sizes you're using you're talking 1mph discrepancy at 60mph. It's a non issue.

I meant that if one or more tires is a different size, the car gets unhappy. For example, if your tires are worn down and you then put the unused spare on, the larger tread on that single tire will anger the Defender gods. Something to do with the complex computerized suspension.

Im retarded in this regard. I attempted to swap them a few months ago. Spent 30 min trying to jack a front wheel off the ground. Used a 1.5 ton floor jack and had her cranked all the way up. Car was lifted, but suspension sagged so much the tire was still touching the ground. I gave up.
