I am going down to the dealer this weekend to place an increased deposit on my D110X. My vehicle is scheduled to be built on Friday, June 7. I haven't received any official paperwork from my salesman or the dealer regarding the build and everything I optioned. I have an order number and the total price which matches what I optioned. While I'm at the dealer, is there anything I can ask for that the dealer can provide showing a printout of everything? I thought maybe they would've given me something prior to the the build date but I have nothing so far. Any input and advise is appreciated. Thank you.

Curious why you're giving them more deposit? Did they ask for it? If not insisted on, I see no upside to doing that, and the potential downside of if everything goes off the rails for some reason and you walk from the deal, or the dealership goes out of business and assets get tied up, whatever, you have that much more skin in the game.

My dealer asked for $2000, which I was happy to give because otherwise it felt like I didn't REALLY have an order in the queue that was mine.

They didn't ask. It's a company car and I need to get funds out of my account before end of fiscal year.

Congratulations on the order OP.

Heads-up if you are in the USA the 11.4 is now standard on the Dynamic. I was in the same boat as you between the X and Dynamic. Seeing the larger screen is now standard on the 2025s made the decision point very easy for me now to go with the Dynamic.

I did notice that, thank you. I'm happy with my build as it is and there're not enough differences between 2024 and 2025 X for me to change my order now. If anything I would upgrade to the V8, however, the lack of color choices is what is holding me back. For the amount of money they want for the V8, you think they'd offer more than Black and Grey.

Ask your dealer for a copy of the Vista report, this shows the complete build spec including accessories, options & colour choices

I'm totally confused now. Sure thing there's more difference between X trim and the next lower, but the configurator I used (here in excruciating detail, see the attached PDF) lists the screen size for ALL trims is 11.4" (there are three build URL links at the top of that PDF). Not doubting what you're saying, just wondering how come.

PS: never mind, I'm blind. Didn't realize you posted the first message when the screen size was still different.
