Have you placed the order yet? I found out in November they could not build them with Clearsight, HUD, Adaptive Cruise, possibly have an analog dash and you get only one key. I did not go through with the order because I won't pay $90k for a car that has the same tech as my 2011 LR4. Let us know how it goes, curious when they will open up these options again. There are going to be a lot of highly depreciated "Covid" cars in 4-5 years. Not to mention the potential for quality shortcuts due to component supply issues.

Good luck, if you can get one processed with the right options I may try again. Otherwise I will switch brands, or buy a 2000 Crown Victoria to drive for a year....

 

I haven’t placed my order yet. Supposedly 4-5th in line for a Dec delivery. After reading some it seems that only the X models get all of the goodies. I don’t care so much about the HUD, but I do want the other options as I already have them on my HSE. I’d still want two keys as well, that’s just silly to only offer one. Crazy times we’re in now for sure.

if I can’t get the options I want there’s no sense in swapping for a newer model. Still love mine!

 

I'm with the two of you. I would love to order a new Defender (with all the pro-tips I've picked up since owning mine). However, I'm not willing to play the lottery with the specs that arrive. I'll just defer the purchase.

 

Agree- this is why i got a D90X. If you want the electronics, this is the spec. The exterior stuff is not that compelling but you get an electronically loaded car- and mine was delivered with all chosen electronic options...

 

I'm one of the original adopter of the L663 110X. It's a great vehicle but one sample is enough.
