OTA updates 2022 defenders w/o self parking now enabled
I changed the settings years ago, and after this latest OTA update, my self parking 2022 defender trek self parking now works. When I get the chance I’ll try to look at the settings and report back. I made 100’s of changes in my ccf files, just experimenting.
Awesome, I have been trying to get this to work in my 2022 110.

- Needed 2 resets to PIVI for the app to appear in PIVI and a full car shut-down to clear the "Emergency Brake Assist Unavailable" error.
what is your software version?
Is this ability available on all Defenders, it's just not activated without the GAP tool for the US market? I have a 2026 on order and this was one of the features I wished was available. It's on most cheaper cars now and our 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee has it and it's a nice party trick for friends riding with us. It doesn't get used a ton but it's still nice to have it.
This was discussed quite a while. Most of us changed settings but not been able to make it work (85%+). Especially for 2022+ Defenders. Self-parking icon shows up but it's grayed out. Hoping this OTA update version enables the feature.
As asked above... which software version update triggered this to work? The software releases are not as widespread as one would think. It takes a long time for each version to filter through the masses. I haven't had an update in about 90 days, wondering if I'm due soon. I have already made all of the self parking ccf changes and arrived at the same state as most '23+ have.. a grayed out start button.
Maybe maybe maybe....
Maybe maybe maybe....
To answer the above question, it definitely will *not* work on my 2020 110 X. (I don’t think anyone else with a 2020 has gotten it to work either from reading here and elsewhere). So the early builds.. no. I get the icon, but it stays greyed out.
