Default Park Heating functionality dependant on outside temperature?!

I am having trouble with my New Defender's Park Heating functionality. And my wife is getting mad (always cold...😂 )
The park heating (with remote and timer function) has the European code "043BH" at Land Rover

My Dealer can't figure it out and has said the following, which I believe is false:
Park heating only turns on under 1°C (petrol cars) or 7°C (Diesel cars).

My dealer sent me a description from the official workshop manual, describing "Fuel Fired Booster Heating", which I think has nothing to do with the park heating functionality.

Does anyone here have a new Defender with the park heating option and can confirm that it can be turned on (and work) at any temperature?

Not sure which engine you have but it's described from page 6237 and on in the P400 workshop manual for more information.
