I had the same issue and my car was serviced a month ago, so the battery is not bad. I just put it on a trickle charger overnight to get it to 100% and next day the update installed smoothly. I’d try that before heading to the dealer.
Just got my vehicle back from the dealership on Tuesday after I asked them to test the battery and sure enough, it needed to be replaced. No issues so far with the latest update but I haven’t had to drive at night yet to see the improvement on the rear camera.
I just checked mine (2023MY) and it's running 4.14. Pivi showing that my software is up to date. I'm in CA. Do we have any other way to get 4.30?
Updates are sent out in batches based on the VIN. Not all vehicles get the update pushed to them at the same time. It can take weeks for your vehicle to be sent an update. You should be getting it soon. You can always take it to the dealer and make a service appointment and they can force an update.
The two things that seem to work for me whenever others report that an update is doing the rounds are to go for a reasonably long drive or two, maybe 30 mins to to an hour, and making sure that the battery is topped up and charged. Correlation doesn't necessarily imply causation, but it seems to work...

Installing updates as soon as they hit your Pivi is a mistake IMO. Waiting a few weeks, at least a few days - while also monitoring forums like these is IMO the best practice in general. I've witnessed too many horror stories - especially from people who own Teslas, who are all too eager to install the latest nonsense that they push out (can't miss out on the latest fart sounds for your alarm chirp ) only to find that the next morning their rolling battery is a dead brick. This happened to my neighbor and when the tow truck came to get it - the weight of the thing, combined with the fact that the parking brake was on, completely ruined his garage floor epoxy paint while it was being winched out.
Over the air updates aren't always "good". Let the pioneers take the arrows. You won't lose any friends or social status if you don't have the latest Pivi version installed on Day 0.
