Pivi Pro 4.5.0
Going out on a limb here, but I don't think your car relies on your home WiFi or mobile data for SOTA updates.
It uses the built-in mobile data connection (the embedded Telematics SIM) to achieve that.
It typically does this during driving.
Connecting to WiFi and relying on that is optional from what I could gather and as this is what you are trying to achieve, keep in mind that WiFi is likely one of the modules to shut down first when you park and shut down the vehicle. And might be the reason you have not received updates.

I wonder if people who aren't getting the updates did the CCF / Wifi Hotspot enablement and that's messing with the process potentially and those who haven't done that specific CCF tweak are getting the updates normally? When I got my 110 I got the 4.4 update same day it came out, then a couple weeks later did some CCF changes with Hotspot being one. Since then I haven't gotten an update....just a thought.....

I am located in Canada with a 2021 model.
The rollout is apparently per region per VIN group and can take quite a bit of time.
