I could not find a way to do so from the app. A quick online search took me to a LR site where I could renew, though. It took a few days for the app to update to reflect the renewal but all is well and I find the feature useful because I prefer the built-in navigation to CarPlay.

 

You should get a QR code on the Pivi screen when your subscription is running out, or you can log into the InControl website here and go from there. I just resubscribed to Connected Navigation Pro a few weeks ago before mine expired, and while the satellite maps work, I don't get any traffic information. My card was never charged, but I got a confirmation number, so I called JLR corporate, they submitted a tech support ticket, verified my order and claimed they received payment, agreed to call me back and never called me back - wasted an hour of my time on the phone with them.
