Default Port-Installed Options: How long?

My '24 110 X-Dynamic SE is sitting in port, presumably awaiting installation of deployable side steps. Does anyone know how long these port-installed options usually delay delivery to the dealership?

Thanks.

i'm sure it varies from port to port and week to week with all sorts of logistics and moving parts (so to speak.) port-installed parts being just part of the equation. i think mine was in the port for 2 or 3 days before my dealer got word it was in transport to them. then it was delayed another day or two during transport for some unspecified reason. just ask your dealer to keep an eye on it, and you'll be writing that check soon enough good luck and enjoy it when you get it!

Mine sat in port for three weeks. I think it might have been due to the Country Pack.

Mine was about a week at port. Just enough time to get the blind monkey they employ to cross thread the bolts on my front under-shield. Quite unbelievably shoddy work.
I shudder to think what terrible efforts remain unseen behind the front bumper they removed to do the install.

Are you guys assuming that port installed options push out expected/defined delivery date? or are you guys hoping to get an early delivery on your promised date? My country pack was installed at port and my vehicle was still delivered on the date specified by my dealer. or very close to it. Maybe a few days early. 23.5 X-dynamic.

I took delivery of my car today; my deployable side steps kept the car in port maybe an extra week or so.
