Default Random addresses show up in navigation

Is it just my 22' 110X that has random addresses come of in my nav system? These addresses are near/close to my normal comings/goings but are not entered in by me and are not places I have actually ever been. Nothing like strange address popping up on your nav making your wife think you are cheating on her!! Very frustrating..

Good thinking posting this here to make It sound even more convincing when you deny it to her.

Factory nav or Android/CarPlay maps? The latter can pull addresses from your calendar, reminders, recent searches, and emails that involve appointments. Could be something like that.

It will also pull in addresses near locations where you regularly visit. There's a bar we frequently visit and the nav will offer display an address that's next door. I believe there's a setting for turning off suggestions.

Slightly different, but I've noticed how Android Auto has learned the breakfast spot we go to on Saturdays and only displays that location on Saturday mornings.

Not a problem until it starts suggesting AA.

I always have my Android phone connected wireless car play when I drive but this last address came up on the factory nav. Location is next door to a location we drive to occasionally (rail trail parking lot), the address is a house near the parking lot. I've had one pop up on the Google nav screen box of a random residential address that is on a side street along a commonly traveled road I take nearly 5 times a week. Never have I ever even driven on the road of this address. Crazy! And when confronted I have zero explanation. @_Allegedly I get enough of that crap from my wife, I'm a loyal husband with a suspicious wife and my questions are legitimate. I have enough drama in my life with work, nothing like Google and AI throwing out landmines.

After I updated the InControl App on my phone, it started doing the same thing. It shows my D90 being at some imaginary address that is on a street adjacent to my house when it is in my garage. Heart skipped a beat the first time it happened- thought it had been stolen. The old version had my correct address. Maybe JLR has gone to using some crappy mapping/ GPS source that doesn't have less than 75 feet accuracy...

from what I can tell that is incontrol trying to guess where you went on past things, it's never been really right for me but I don't use it, i just see it right before carplay takes over.

I have these pop up in the morning when I first start the car under a section called "Commutes". The car is suggesting locations near where I'm usually going. Haven't found a way to disable it yet, but I did turn off the journey tracking in InControl.
