Ok, this has been frustrating me for almost 2 years. The rear controls are seemingly disabled occasionally for no apparent rhyme or reason. Unfortunately, usually when it happens I’m driving and so we don’t have passengers with the same determination to try everything until it’s resolved.

I think I have the answer though!

Turn max front & rear defrost on for 10secs, then switch back to auto. 2nd row controls should now be working again.

 

Mine was doing this exact same thing. Turned out to be low voltage on the battery.

 

I hello I’m having the same issue were you able to get a solution I have tried switching on the climate control through the PV pro screen, physically as well as synchronising the climate control and still it’s it doesn’t work
