Default Rear Storage Hatches

Just received an email for these new hatches - I like them over the lunchbox, but still holding out for a better rear ladder, so not sure they would fit.

Simon from Powerful UK has an install video on these.

They seem very expensive for what they provide but man they look really great! I'd love to see someone make a non-carbon (read way less expensive) version of these.

Agree - the price kills it for me... and the name on the outside

There is a guy on a Facebook group that just posted about these… He had them painted gloss, Narvik black, and unscrewed the rather dumb looking logo of the brand on them… And they look really cool!!

Here's his pic, he said the branding just unscrewed (guessing he filled the hole in --so that's good to know) -- and he had it painted black at bodyshop.

Doesn't look to me as if the carbon texture showed thru the paint, so that's interesting.

I'd be all over this if it were $150 bucks. The price is insane. Plus paint, etc. oy

Man, if you’re D110 is packed so full that the 200 cubic inches of extra space in those 2500-dollar boxes is going to be the difference between enjoying a bottle of Glenlivet and going thirsty, you’re carrying too damn much ****. I’m just sayin’…

I totally agree - felt the same about the side box. Maybe I could come up with CF overlay with adhesive strips that looks like those boxes! $99.95....
