Has anyone found a solution for installing a (semi-permanent) cargo basket on the exterior of the rear tailgate? Ideally, something that attaches to the spare tire mount. Similar to this one for the Jeep Wrangler: https://a.co/d/0uO4ZlU

I know there are plenty of universal spare tire mounts, like this: https://a.co/d/a5eQXJA

However, it would be nice to have a kit that still easily allows for the spare tire to be removed without having to disassemble the entire cargo kit.

 

We've got one coming out soon. It was supposed to release in December but we've had a few delays with it. Shouldn't be too long now.

Unfortunately not yet. But we definitely don't want to charge that Defender tax we see everywhere. And as for testing, we've got enough to test at the moment 🙂

 

Much appreciated. And fair enough. If there's any pre-production units you're ever looking to unload, I'm always eager for a deal Otherwise, I'm definitely going to hold off on any competing hardware purchases until this is out. I'm hoping I can mount my Yakima RoadShower to this bad boy.
