Default Rear view mirror/home link issue

Anyone experience an issue where the buttons on the rear view don't respond? Lately every time I get home the buttons stop working. Turn it off, wait a few mins, start it back up and it's working like normal...

It's actually the easiest to program homelink ever besides my McLaren 720S and C8.

I got it programmed but sometimes the electronics in the mirror don't work. So if I push the opener buttons nothing happens, if I flip the mirror in the rear view camera mode nothing will happen. Most times it works but this has happened about 4-5x in 2 weeks

I have developed the habit of press and hold whilst looking for the green beacon in the mirror. I have early so far had a misfire from a quick press. It is actually similar to habit for our 2019 Discovery Sport except I seem to have much better range for same garage doors in Defender.

on 23.5 MY model, yes it did happen, no lights at all. Came back after 10 mins.

Had the same problem. I cleared it and reprogrammed several times and eventually it stuck and I haven't had an issue since (insert shrug emoji here)

Also, as noted above, I have much better success if I hold the button for a second instead of just a quick hit.
