Has anyone found how to properly shift to neutral if engine is dead but battery is OK?

Is it really different for '23? This is what I have for my '22.

Wtf?. My last two jaguars both had it. Ask me how I tow. I mean know.

For what it's worth, the diagram makes it look like it's in the middle of the engine compartment but it's actually toward the windshield (top of the picture).

Maybe they ran out due to covid like the sunglasses holder, clearsight, digital dash...
