Roof rail universal mount

Roof rail universal mount
Hi folks, anybody aware of some kind of universal mount for stock roof rails, probably something similar to those used to mount OEM roof ladder or lunch box.
Background story is this. I'm really not into overlanding or some expedition trips, so I don't need expensive roof rack and I already have issue with height (garage), but I frequently go camping and would like to get 270 awning like OVS Nomadic or OverlandPros Wraptor. They usually come with some sort of L bracket which can be mounted to roof rack or crossbars t-track and I'm wondering if some kind of bracket/adapter exists, that will allow me to mount it just to roof rails.

Ping Simon at PowerfulUk. They have Molle Plates that connect into the roof rails. Maybe he can make a deal with you for just the connectors. It has the base plate similar to what you show above. Then it's up to you to get the right bolts to connect your awning to the feet.

(Look at the 7th image for the "top mount kit" - you likely just want that)
One thing to consider: your awning will be connected directly by a couple of the connectors into the roof rail. Typically the roof rack distributes the stresses to eight anchor points across the two roof rails with counter weight to the levering action of the awning. I'm not an engineer, but I don't know how much stress a single roof rail could take to a distantly levered awning. Not sure if I'm explaining this right, but basically YMMV without the rack to anchor/balance it.
