Default Satellite Radio favorites reset and time is inconsistent

Love my new ride (P400 SE) but have to say that there are two things that bug me; the satellite radio presets disappeared and the clock randomly changes time. Does anyone else have the same experience?

There are actually 2 clocks. One in the instrument cluster (ie, where speedometer and rpm gauges are) and one on the infotainment screen. The clock in the instrument cluster will frequently have the incorrect time for the first 10 mins of my drive. But the clock on the infotainment screen always seems to be correct. It's totally silly but I am getting used to it and hope they have an OTA update on that one.

My Sirius satelitte radio needs to be reset about once or twice a week. As of lately, when I do reset the radio, my satellite radio presets have not disappeared (but they had disappeared twice on me in June).

Interesting that my vehicle has the opposite problem with center display clock being off for the first few minutes but then updating. I even joined my vehicle to my home wifi in hopes it would stay more up to date but no difference. When my satellite radio presets erased themselves, so did my equalizer settings.

The 2020 Outbacks with the 11.6" screens were also based on a similar QNX infotainment platform as our Defenders. Ironically the Subaru QNX had the exact issues of loosing equalizer presets, but my vehicle never had that issue only to hear others on the respective forum complain. Took about 9 months (Sept 2019 to June 2020) to correct in update 504.

So add a third scenario - both of my clocks are off at the same tie - +4 hours EST. I can figure out if there is something consistent happening with the vehicle. The whole infotainment unit is whacky for me; my radio randomly switches sources which gets frustrating when it happens a couple of times in 10 mins. Usually it is 1x per drive. Surely these will all get fixed soon.

I have the same issue with my satellite radio. It stops working and needs to be reset every few days. When I reset, I lose my favorites. I spoke to service manager at my local dealer and they said they have been waiting on a fix since July.

Noticed a software update on 10-15-20. Maybe this will fix the issue?

The satellite radio still freezes. The software update didnt fix this. The only fix is to hold power button on volume dial down for 20 seconds or so until it resets,. The radio ends up freezes again, usually a few days later. Anyone else having this issue?

The software 2.0.3 hasn't fixed anything that was noticeable. Freezing software, Sirius connectivity are all still present.

I've experienced the same issue. It's starting to feel like the "days without an accident" countdown off the Simpsons...2 days since the last reset without issues...fingers crossed. My instrument cluster clock has been consistently accurate but my center console clock only counts the time when the vehicle is on. Reset didn't fix that and as a result Android Auto will no longer connect. I'm hoping an OTA update fixes it but will be contacting the dealer to troubleshoot as a next option.
