Hello all,

My 2020 Defenders sensors just randomly stopped working at 1,600 miles, the cameras do not turn on either. I've tried turning the car off and on, as well as held the volume button down for 30 secs for it to restart the info system, yet no luck at all. I've tried touching the camera icon on the screen and through the main menu setting but it does not turn it on. Everything else opens or turns on when i push it.

Any help on what to do would be greatly appreciated.

 

Just got mine back from LR - was told there was a recent software update to deal with some sensor issues ( mine was collision warning not working); perhaps yours needs it. Don't know why the update did not come over the air.

 

Hi, I have the same problem. It's very frustrating as the earliest I can get a dealer to look at it is 2 weeks away. In the meantime parking not easy.

Hoping it's a simple fix, please update if you get sorted.

 

I have the same issues sometimes but it comes back after 30 minutes or so.
