Silicon Silver
Just placed an order for a 110X. Have until 1/27/2021 to make build changes, questioning the color choice. Has anyone seen one in Silicon Silver? Any opinions? Any pics would be helpful.
Bummed they seem to have gotten rid of Tasman Blue for 2021.

If you change to the X-Dynamic model you can order Tasman Blue. Pretty sure you can add most of the X model options. Not sure what options are exclusive to the X model, maybe the heads-up display, walnut interior trim and orange brake calipers?

I dont see Tasman Blue being limited to a specific model on the land rover website when building a defender...
edit : I checked the and your correct you cant order tasman blue specifically on the X model...Must not be a premium color in JLRs mind....

It's an incredible looking paint. I shy away from silver typically due to being common but Silicon Silver will knock your socks off... i have eiger gray and it's nice.. this will one up my paint job easily.
edit:
Tasman looks good and is different from norm for just being blue...blue like the orange color.. but silicon silver looks like a show car color... i don't even knkw how to describe it... but it's on another level.

We picked eiger gray on our 90X. We were able to see the silicon silver on the lot and it had a sort of brown tint to it that we did not like. Originally we were going with the new silver for MY 21 but once we saw the grey with the the gloss black hood and rockers sold us.
For some reason, Houston dealers of all types don't order silver cars. So silver is quite rare. White and black on the other hand seem to make up 80% of most in stock cars. I would never buy either white or black because then I'd see myself coming and going all the time!

Did you end up ordering Silicon Silver?
