Just got my build back from the shop. The wheels are 20” x 9.5 and the tires are 27560R20 with a 1” lift kit. Unfortunately, there is some rubbing in all heights when turning 100%. Will spacers help? What kind of spacers should I get? Any help is appreciated.
What wheels are those? Offset? They appear to be sticking out quite a bit already, but perhaps it's the photo perspective. Don't know if adding spacers to those would help, you may just need slightly smaller tires. Owners running 265/60R20s (on stock rims, which are narrower I believe) report little or no rubbing depending on tire brand.
I don’t think you have a lot of options so you may want to list them on eBay or something and get some tires that fit. Chalk it up to lesson learned. They actually look too big in the first photo without seeing the close up.

Thanks for the advice! I see multiple examples of 27560R20 tires with 1.5 and 2 inches lift kits in this forum. My lift kit is 1”. Would lifting more help? Sorry for the basic questions but I’m new to all this.
Vossen HF5. 20x9.5 +20mm offset. I'd rather avoid changing tires again .
Spacers will make it worse. It’s your offset. +20 is way too aggressive. Not sure who your wheel guy is, but you’re probably going to have to go to a smaller tire. I have the same wheels but with a +35 offset and they don’t rub with a 1.5” lift.
the aggresive offset is the issue. I was dealing with the same issue with an et +10 on a 20 x8.5 275/55/20 and was running in access with 1 inch lift.
lift rods are cheap enough to try. i would say go with the 1.5 and see if that helps. if not your going to need to trim and work the fender liners
i trimmed mine and got rid of most of the issues

my shop was trying to push me on the 275/60/20 settup but hearing the possible issues i was glad i went with the 55 series instead.
the 60 do look so much better. No matter what some inner fender modification will need to be done. it could be as simple as trimming and pushing back the liners with zip ties etc. pretty common stuff when going with bigger tires
this was all new for me also. never had a lifted truck with big tires. learning a lot as i go

good point. I do like how it looks like with this setup. I will look at modifying the inner fender as well.
