Yes they are! Expensive , but such a clean look. I really like it much better without that spare. It also feels a little more nimble.

 

Where did you put the spare?

 

On the passenger front seat!

Is that Yulong White? I’ve got Yulong White, which I love, but see so few out there. Makes me like it even more, owing to its uniqueness. Although I prefer the look with the spare tire and a sleek tire cover. But hey, it’s all about personal taste and choice and we all love our Defenders for our own reasons. Enjoy it!

 

This is actually Hykuba Silver! But, I have seen other Hykuba Silver defenders that look very white in the right conditions (as seen above)

 

What do you do if you get a flat? Can you undelete the delete?

I've an air compressor and a repair kit behind the second row seats with my recovery gear but I'd be squirrelly as a cornered virgin without a spare of some sort. Is there an aftermarket run flat product for these tires. I had something like that on my last car, an MDX. About as welcome as a fart in a spacesuit when we got some sidewall damage. Never again.

 

Looks to me like it should probably be painted to match. It just looks kind of weird being black.

 

If you want that SUV look , go for it.!

( a proper 4x4 has minimum 1 spare , better 2 which are direct accesible, just my $ 2 cents)
