Default A Solution to Crackling/Blown Out Sound at Certain Frequencies

This thread led me to try something and thought I would share in case it helps anyone else. I was having crackling/blown out sounds during certain frequencies (particularly during talking like with podcasts) regardless of source, in just the front driver side, for a couple years. After reading through this, while sitting in my car, I turned off the car, then powered off my cellphone to prevent pairing, then held down the power button for infotainment volume until the infotainment restarted. Then, with phone still off, started the engine and waited about 60 seconds before I turned my phone back on. After my phone powered up, I manually connected it to CarPlay on the infotainment. Problem solved (at least temporarily). This would seem to suggest that something is occurring with phone pairing before the car system is fully booted?
