I have a problem I have a 05 LR3 and the radio makes a high pitch noise sometimes it has moved to three different speakers it comes and goes, even when the car door is open and with no key. The radio/cd/dvd etc sound sometimes (50/50) would not come on and sometimes the sound dial will not work in any mode (balance, sound, etc.) The last time it did the sound was coming out on max and a bunch of noise was coming out of all speakers even when the sound dial was on 0. I pulled all the 3 fuse to the radio just so the sound would go away.

FYI I did get a new battery and alternator about 2 months ago.

 

check codes and diagnose. depending on the system it could be anything. an amp or the radio.

 

If I had the equipment to find out what was wrong I would not post my question here.
