Funny/not funny, I was just at Land a rover Rockland Ma (formally Hanover). They have a V8 on the floor with a 10k market adjustment and all kinds of other crap added on. They also have a Range Rover Sport with the same mark up. I thought this crap was going away but apparently not here.

I went to the Hanover dealer last June to order a Defender and got laughed out of the building. They were acting like it was a huge deal to order one. Instead they tried to sell me a 2019 SVR Range for 120k. I went to Norwood right after and ordered one instantly, although I couldn't get the X or V8 and had to pay 5k over MSRP for a X-Dynamic.

I live on the South Shore and got the same response last year from LR Hanover (Now Rockland). LR Cape Cod closed last year which is where I bought our 2021 Defender. So I ordered our 2023 from Land Rover Peabody. By far the best car buying experience I have ever had. Ask for Eric Guenard, he is the most professional car salesperson I have ever dealt with. Plus, if you buy it there, the best car detailer in MA is nearby for ceramic coating. (Unique Car Care in Middleton) I had Eric take the Defender over to them for ceramic coating once it came in.

I think I did pretty well
I picked up a 2022 110 X Dynamic Se in Carpathian with 25K miles on Father's Day for $74.5. Cold weather package, 19" wheels with AT tires, tow package, and everything is blacked out. This thing is beautiful. I am pretty pleased with my deal as I could not afford a Defender this nice new from my dealer.

I don't agree. When the svr comes out it's 626 HP and 180k plus, also invite only. 2022 with full urban body kit, 23" vossens plus lowered and spacers, full black out plus 650 HP upgrade by euro toys and quicksilver exhaust im in on my d90 v8 140k. Winner. Svr will trade at 220 plus.
