Steering mechanism/steering wheel noisy

So a while back I posted about a noise/sound I was hearing from the front....it appears that it may be in the steering wheel.mechanism itself. I listened on the outside and this noise/squeak etc is definitly in the steering wheel. I just found this TSB and this may be my issue, appears it happens at low speed/sharp turns that basically I sense in a parking garage. on the road, I don't feel anything. Has anyone else noticed this?
