I'm in the same boat; I had the Windsor/smooth leather and now have the grainier one. According to the paperwork, it's part #LR132112 (Defender 110; w/Leather Wrapped; w/Heated Steering Wheel). I did some digging, and it appears there are three steering wheels available, this one at the top of the stack. I could not find any Windsor/upgraded leather option available.

Good to know, thanks! I have the same part number on my paperwork; I guess they changed the leather for new steering wheels. Maybe now the Windsor steering wheel is only for cars with the Windsor interior.

Yeah, mine had the "extended leather" package already installed form the factory as part of the original build; I'm guessing the upgraded leather steering wheel isn't available as a stand-alone option or a separate part. I miss it, but the heating element is worth it.

Even though we came to the consensus that the steering wheel leather is different, I thought I'd share a picture for the hell of it. Might not feel as soft, but its nice to have a brand-new steering wheel regardless.
