Stock All Weather Tires
Hello
I am wondering about the quality of 19” stock on road tires that come with the vehicle. In Canada it appears to be Pirelli Scorpion Zero All Season
I would appreciate any reviews and comments from Defender owners
On line reviews of the tire are generally poor

I own a 2011 LR4 (D4) which uses the 19" Pirelli's you note. I ran through two sets and concluded that in reality, the tires were not designed for the heavy weight of the vehicle (even though they are HD rated tires). The noise they generated was considerable and they demanded what I think to be excessive rotation. The wear was challenging to keep even.
So, I switched to Michelin Premier LTX and am coming to the end of my second set. I am much happier with them. No complaints - except to note the tread is quite more on-road than off. TTo give credit, the Pirelli's have a more useful gravel tread.
Neither is an off-road tire, and at 19" rims, you will not find an effective off-road tire in North America. Gotta go to 18" or 20", (for the new Goodyears).
