Default Tailgate Table from PowerfulUK Installed

I installed the table from PowerfulUK is less than an hour. The kit is well thought through and worked perfectly.

This allows for access to the pocket without modification. Others have done their own fabrication, but for the price to effort, this was worthwhile. Even after shipping, it was cheaper than the Frontrunner table.

What are all the holes and slots for? I assume you have to fit some wood or something to actually use it as, you know, a table? Looks cool but I don't know if it would work for my purposes with all of those holes in it.

I got the Alimazon express one.

Very useful indeed. Rock solid no rattle. 10-15 minute install. Looks like it was always meant to be there.

A very sturdy table. I love it.

Yeah, I agree. 100%
Someone makes a table with a slab of wood in it (like a cutting board) that slides in and out from the right side... but the rest of the table didn't seem great to me. (or at least not as well thought out as the powerfuluk one in this post)

The PowerfulUK one looks great. Nice and sturdy.
I ordered mine from a chap in Ukraine a month ago who custom made some. It arrived this week and I love it. Just 4 bolts and sturdy. I had a brain fart when ordering it from him and thought my panel was gray.. and ordered the panel gray. Looks easy enough to paint black though.

Unfortunately, I lost contact with him due to the current invasion. I hope he is ok. It's safe to say that it's no longer possible to order this It shipped out of Odesa, Ukraine.
I'll probably put a Ukrainian flag on it as a symbol of my support.

On my former Jeep, at least, the aftermarket drop-down table I had on the tailgate had slots for MOLLE bag attachments.

I also ordered a grey one (looks great but my trim is also black) from Alex in Ukraine. It was in customs in NY for over a month but finally made it to me a couple weeks ago. Its pretty nice quality.

Hopefully he is ok. He used to post a lot on one of the FB defender groups about his adventures with his defender.

People attach accessories to them. I tend to agree a solid surface would be better.

Seems pretty easy to use as a table unless you're playing marbles. I'm sure that they figured people would want to mount and secure various things to it so it's a lot easier to pre drill the holes. If you really want for a table just drop some starboard/wood on top and secure with those pre drilled holes.
