Default Tensioner, drive pulley, belt on d200 / d300 3.0 MHEV

Has anyone changed these themselves, any help out there of how best to go about it? I’ve only found one video and it skipped most steps. I have the parts and I’m ready to go.

25Nm torque on tensioner, and the mechanic did it from the top without removing much…

25Nm torque on tensioner, and the mechanic did it from the top without removing much…

I changed the accessory drive belt and viscous fan belts on my P400. Probably a very different process than on your diesel but there may be some similarities. There’s a post about it in my service thread.

Tensioner removal is probably similar/same
