Things I like to see in my L663
Things I like to see in my L663
Maybe someone has already added these. If so, please let us know. I know similar devices exist: ( Link). But why couldnt we call these up in PiviPro?
Simon Jefferson is analyzing/mapping the CANbus data so maybe that will open up a lot.
I know Markjlr has done a lot in this area, too. With the ECUs I think.
I am definitely no expert but is seems with all the sensors this data should be easy to capture. Displaying all in one or a few related screens in Pivi may be harder.
1) Fuel flow meter
2) Oil pressure
3) Volts/Amps
4) Coolant temperature
5) Oil temperature
6) Actual height, off- and on-road settings
7) Exhaust temperature
8) Turbo pressure/RPMs
9) On and on
There is so much data available, being captured, it would be nice to call it up while driving.
What do you think?

Thanks, @WMN - you inspired me with a couple more:
This may be your #6 - but more fine control on the height control. Let ME go to the max without auto detecting to go there and pick whatever spot between.
#8 - Tie ALL the cameras into the "Dash Cam". Give me the option to do the 360 camera recording. Provide a memory card slot to store it and activate it on contact when the vehicle is off. The front/rear is a very "lonely" option given all the mad cameras around this thing.

Really like #8. Being able to record from the truck just makes sense.
#6: Right. Could be a simple rotary dial.

I love all these ideas, and I back the concept.
I just dont think its possible. Not with a good bit of work. While this data is all being recorded, what isnt, or hasnt been created is the Graphical User Interface, or similar. So while we could access the data, someone would also have to write the code to pretty up the delivery. Assuming of course we wanted it to look like the rest of Pivi.
The idea to record however, that could be really simple potentially. But thats a hardware problem. Someone im sure can figure out how to repurpose a usb-c.
