Default For those that enjoy driving with the sunroof open...

Now that it's finally warmer out I'm loving the Defender's big open sunroof. However, with any open sunroof, sometimes the rush of incoming air creates that buffeting or "wind throb" noise.

On my old LR4, you could push the rear power window button once and it would lower the rear window about half an inch, just enough to let some air out and stop the noise. So, I pushed the Defender rear window button once and sadly the rear window went all the way down. But then I remembered how to reset the "crack-the window" feature...with the rear window all the way up, pull up on the power window button and hold it for a few seconds. Then push it once and the window will open just a little. So glad LR carried over this small feature to the Defender. And remember to close the rear windows when you park, especially if rain is expected.

I did not know that (and I probably don't know a WHOLE lotta other stuff). So thanks for the tip from this newbie!

I don’t experience any “wind throb” with the sunroof open...it’s one of the quietest open sunroofs that I’ve ever owned.
