Power window issues, and others...
My passenger window in my '98 Disco is so weak it won't go back up without helping it by hand and my rear drivers side is completely off the track, but the motor runs. It fell down one day and would not go back up. I opened up the rear door and jammed half of a guitar neck under it to hold it up. That works to keep it closed, but of course it won't open now. My rear sunroof leaks also. Any ideas on how to stop that?
I'm sure I can list a few other things that I need to fix, but this will keep me busy and spending money for now.

Check out the RAVE manual for a fixes on your windows. Also try a search in the Disco section.
The rear could possibly be a bushing that is known to fail causing the window to pop off track. The front sounds like the motor is shot, get a new one at a junk yard or online somewhere.
For the sunroofs, could be clogged drains, you'll need to pop off the headliner to see if they are clogged, you could also try sealing up any visible external leaks with some silicone sealant.
Nice looking rig, BTW
