The car in the image is a Dutch variant where additional bodywork needs to be fitted to suit their rules concerning taxation on commercial vehicles. Here’s an original Defender with the same alteration

I think the commercial version of the Defenders in Europe can be gotten without the extras requiring the rear fin.
