Trunk door doesn't open properly

I gave up trying to open the back door months ago. So like vinceleo, I just use the remote button.
First-world problems.

I bought the Gap tool from Lucky 8 - also programmed some other stuff (if you search this forum, you will find a thread on the Gap tool and reprogramming ideas).

My button didn't work - I had to reprogram the vehicle with the Gap Tool.
