I’ve placed an order for a 23.5MY LR Defender 110 p400e x-dynamic HSE. This is supposed to come with most of the optional extras as part of HSE pack, specifically “ClearSight rear view“ and the 11.4” screen.

I’ve added Tasman blue, different alloys, side steps and acorn interior.

I’ve seen a few comments that the semiconductor shortage has lead to LR shorting options and manufacturing without options on certain (generally lower specification) models.

my question is; is this true for the UK and likely to continue into mid-2023? I’m expecting a deliver around Q4 next year, having placed my order in Nov ‘22.

 

I thought Tasman Blue was discontinued. Glad to see it’s still available.

 

In the UK, at last, it’s still on the configurator for x-dynamic HSE!

Like yourself, I was concerned as my dealer couldn’t guarantee the spec on my P400e HSE X-Dynamic, and as I have all that equipment on my D300 HSE X-Dynamic, I didn’t want to down grade in terms of specification.
I cancelled that order, but now another dealer has contacted me with a cancelled order same as what I originally wanted in Carpathian, for Q2 2023, and the spec is all confirmed as originally required. It appears as though the HSE X-d is being honoured with the higher spec 🙏🏼👌🏼😉
