Upgrade tire decision for a 2024 land rover defender

I have two sets of 22' - One with stock Contis and my other i'm running the Michelin Defender LTX and they are an outstanding tire. Handle well, quiet, etc...but I love Michelin.
I have used the Michelin for a few sets now on my heavily built LR3 and tested them in actual off road conditions where they did just fine so that is my vote for you. Very good in rain and even snow, quiet, good grip, no need for an AT tire most of the time. I did get the E load range though because my lr3 is over 8000 lbs.
The Primacy though, really looks like a good tire and it's what came on my OCTA. That's probably even better in all paved conditions than the LTX MS/2

The stock tires on my 2025 with 22" wheels is 275/45 R22, will the Michelin Defender LTX M/S2 275/50 R22 fit? I believe the 50 series is what comes on the Octa, will this size fit on a standard 110? I would prefer a little taller side wall and would like to run the 275/50. Thanks
Nearly 2 years on my 285/45R22 Michelin Defender LTX M/S2 and I have zero complaints. Comfortable, quiet, loads of grip in rain and snow. Even carved up some Appalachian mountain roads at speed with no issue chasing sporty sedans.
I lowered my vehicle 0.6" for general parking garage clearances and still no rubbing.
Have been doing lots of research on replacement tires for my 2022 Defender 110 and narrowed the choices by personal preferences of Load Rating, Speed Rating and ratings charts, which I have included one below for the Bridgestone Dueler A/T Ascent.
Love all of those ‘Excellent’ ratings. I have narrowed my short list of tires to the Bridgestone Duelers, Cooper Discoverer Road+Trail AT, and the Nitto Terra Grappler G3. All have top ratings, and the Coopers and Nittos have an XL load rating, while the Bridgestones have an SL load rating. Close race as of now but I’m leaning ever so slightly toward the Nittos. One reason being is that observations by tire shop owners and the guys doing the mounting and balancing, indicate that with these larger, clunkier tires the Nittos, in their finding, come from the factory needing very few wheel weights when balancing, while some tires in this category of On Road All Terrain require several to numerous ounces of wheel weights to achieve balance. Also highly recommend is having the tires balanced using a ‘road force balancing’ machine. Another factor which influences my decision is road noise, for which the Nitto gets the thumbs up in that department. If I’m on a long highway road trip, the last thing I want is an annoying drone that will drive me bonkers after a few hours.
If snow performance is required then the Dueler Ascent A/T hasn't impressed my wife - who shortly after we put them on, said the rear end of the Defender went out on her on greasy roads. Something that never happened on the OEM A/T's.

Avoid anything SL on the Defender. You want a minimum XL to match OE load requirements.
I was going to go with that Cooper tire until Michelin released Defender in 285/45/22 size. Have not read anything bad on the Nittos plus look more aggressive (but are more $).
