Used GAP IID Tool to enable Approach/Walkaway Locking in CCF
I successfully updated/enabled Approach/Walkaway Locking in CCF file on MY2023.5. However, going into the PIVI screen to enable/selecting via the screen they will not stay enabled. If I leave the screen and go back both the approach and walkaway settings are disabled. Any ideas what could be causing this?
Earlier models for some reason allow the config to be set but they are not supported. Mine is a 2020 and I have the same result. The auto start stop disable is the same. No one has been able to explain why as far as I know
Yes, I've read that as well, but mine is a MY2023.5 with no locking fuel door, etc. So it really doesn't make sense why it isn't working.
It works on my 23.5.
- Have you power cycled the Pivi?
- Were you able to configure auto start/stop?
- Is your KVM module unlocked on this screen? This is unrelated but I'm curious as mine is unlocked when it should not have been
I just got home, and reset my pivi. After the reset, I set approach unlock in the menu, and checked that it persisted. Went in the house, back to the garage, it unlocked as I approached. Also now wifi hotspot is on the menu. I'll play with that later.
I don't have an IDMA item in my service/test menu. Is that just for the people with the nice all digital clusters?

Thank you all for your help!!!
