Same here.
The Grey satin chrome front and rear skid pans were a turn off...I also wasn't crazy of the Black Hood therefore I ordered Black Narvik and will simply wrap it

The truck will spend most of its time up in the Colorado rockies, so I wanted that extra bit of slush guard. Agreed on the color match parts.

Yes. Jaguar Land Rover New Rochelle are a good team. No BS.

picked up a V8 Carpathian 110 over the weekend. Was chatting with my dealer about some accessories for my p400 HSE and asked to call me if someone canceled on a v8. wasn’t expecting that he would a couple days later

paid over sticker but dealer paying me over my sticker for my 2020. figure a wash

2022 Carpathian 110
black extended package
front under shield ( going to plasti dip but it’s pretty low and you really don’t see the color contrast)
Air Compressor

car is pretty much as i would spec. i have a ton of parts from my p400 that i will be moving over. but first i will be adding roof rails to be able to add ladder and side box

Very nice, didn’t realize you could spec the black extended pack on a CE. Please post pics!

I’ve been waiting since March ‘21 to have my V8 order accepted by JLR. Delighted to get a call out of the blue today to confirm a build slot for April ‘22 and delivery in June ‘22. It’s been a long time coming after being unslotted and then cancelled.

V8 Carpathian Edition 110
5098 22” Satin Grey Wheels

Plan to install roof rails, side steps and rear spoiler after delivery.

Great forum. Thanks for the info, especially to the OP of this thread. I've been in touch with my dealer in Atlanta since late fall last year. Production was not within sight. Great news is that this has changed this week. One interesting factor is that my build is now a 2023 which allows the option of full Windsor leather. Dynamica suedecloth would have gone into production March 4th but i've opted for full leather so my production has shifted to May 20th but its worth it for me. Suppose there is a risk this could move back based on supply chain but let's see.

Some other bits that might be helpful. One, the solar attenuating windshield is no longer selectable, its a standard feature--despite being selectable on the configurator. Second, at least for right now, intrusion sensor not available.

My build:
2023 Defender 90 CE
options: 22" black wheels, full ebony windsor leather, body colored spare cover, emergency pack, premium interior protection and storage pack, black wheel protection pack.

Can't wait for this incredible vehicle!
