Interested in buy these mats.

For anyone who has Tuxmat....How have these mats held up? How much work is it to unclip/velco to remove? How easy/hard are they to clean?

I recently installed the same Thule set-up. I will be installing the Kuat Grip 6 ski / board rack in the next week or so.

I wish there was an easy way to remove the THULE logo from the foot packs it would look so much cleaner and almost like OEM. Any thoughts to remove the white logo from the plastic without messing it up?

Perhaps start with a little acetone and rub it where you won't notice to see if it does anythign to the plastic. If all good, it may work to remove the painted Thule...

@FareWarning - LOVE the post. Thanks for that and the pics. If you have time, can you post more pics of the mounts and lining them up? Also, pics info about your spacer would be welcomed. I haven't put an awning up yet, but you've finally inspired me to get one!

Black sharpie or a fine grit stone in a Dremel tool.

Tuxmat are perfect! It was one of the first things I put in my new D90S. Easy to install / remove, quick clean, adds more coverage to the base floor liner.

Swapped out KO2s for my winter Blizzaks, Labeled them for their 5 tire rotation in April and hauled them up to the wall racks.

Confirmed again that raising the car to off-road height for use with my floor jack means the car can't be lifted. Drop the suspension down and crack the driver door and it's a cinch. The tire changes are a breeze but lifting these heavy suckers up high is less than enjoyable.

Those 18"s take a beating from the debris between caliper and rim. Expected given the tight clearances. All superficial.

Have these on all my vehicles. I don't take them out to clean them. Instead I vacuum them to get all the loose dirt out. Then I use a brush dipped in the shampoo I use for washing the car. Then I wipe up the foam/water with a microfiber towel and they look good as new. Well worth it.
