Default What is the different sound after shut down?

All with my 2020 P300 110 Defender is going well. After driving the car sufficiently to warm it up, I hear in the right side (passenger side in the U.S.) of the engine bay a "spinning" sound / hum for >5 minutes. It appears to be near the turbocharger? Could this be a cool down cycle for the turbo?

It is not the radiator cooling fan -- that only happens when the vehicle is thoroughly warm and it is much louder.

Does anyone else notice this or know what it is with certainty?
