BTW it's super easy to just buy the wheel arch trims after sale and put on the truck.

In the NPD US Spec it has a wire harness in their picture for the signal lights?

https://ndpautomotive.com/products/g...0-defender-110

How hard is this to install?

The OEM wheel arch extensions don't come with a wiring harness, as you just clip the connector for the lights into the back of the arch. If you read the contents of the NDP arches, there is no mention of a wiring harness. I don’t know why they have one included in the picture, but it isn’t included in the kit. I've bought from NDP in the past and they told me that they use the same supplier as JLR, so everything is the same other than NDP parts don't have the JLR logo on them.

I’ve read another threads that model year 24 is different than prior. What year did you install these on?

Looks like 2024 is the same according to @Retiredone in the thread you posted.

Default The plot thickens

So, about that missing wheel arch protection option...

Take a look at the Defender configurator. You will see that the Explorer Black Pack for X-Dynamic SE has something that looks suspiciously similar to VPLEP0380, but is gloss. However, there is no mention of this item anywhere in the configurator text, nor, according to the dealer, anywhere in JLR docs on this trim.

Got a big bag of popcorn; let's see how it looks like when it comes.

Notice the price difference between the two - the black pack is cheaper because it doesn't come with arch protection.
