Howdy!

I'd like to add two more rails to my OEM Expedition Roof Rack. Anybody got any suggestions on where I might be able to salvage some without having a buy a second rack?

Good question, have you checked with the dealer? If they cannot provide you with additional rails, I suggest you check with the sellers of the replica rack on AliBaba or AliExpress. I am sure they would be willing to work with you on this request. Worst case scenario, buy another rack from AliBaba for a fraction of the cost of the OE version. I think the OE LR rack is manufactured in China as well.

I also think that Thule made that rack and the bars are standard Thule bar stock. It's possible you could cut one down.
