Not sure where you are located, but this shop can make them in any color, matt finish or glossy : https://premiersignstx.com/
I have bought from them in the past and I can vouch that after a year I do not have any issues whatsoever with the plastic and they have done a great job.
But, I am sure that there are many sign shops around who can do it....
