Day 2 finished quietly enough although the campsite was a cow pattie minefield. Where you parked and setup in the dusk was a bit dodgy. We met our last truck at the campsite and most folks had an early night
Day 3 was to be a day of winching, unexpected mud and cow herding - one calf actually
We woke up to a beautiful sunrise and no frost which was nice, after packing up carefully we hit the road.
The 1st of many cattle gates We traveled on the edge of the treeline for the most part 1st stuck of the day, both the Blue defender and the one directly behind are stuck in boggy ground.
Day 3 continued to get exciting we got a foretaste of things to come as we moved through the meadows
Things are looking dodgy 50 meters of impassible road, not that bypass I am standing in was much better Everyone except 1 got winched almost to LR3. It was along 2 hours
After our joyous 2 hours of winching thing went much better the roads were good, although very dusty. We overnighted at a remote hunt camp, everything was boarded up and we took no pictures to protect the site from trouble makers.
Day 4 was to be a nice easy drive a good roads, although a few of the V8's had fuel concerns. Other than a road being closed for a unknown reason stopping us a one point we had a pleasant days drive.
