Hears the link to SOLAROS (southern land rover owners society) Solaros
Hears the link for TREC (Tennessee rover enthusiast club) Tennessee Rover Enthusiast Community | Main Page
Hears the link for URE 9 (I‘m not if CROCS will host it, there’s been talk about dissolving the club, but the event will be awesome) URE! 9 | Facebook
There’s probably more events that I’m not aware about.
let me know if your going to SAE! I can help get you started on some A or B trails!

Just for clarification,
CROC, Carolina Rover Owners' Club, hosts the spring event at Uwharrie National Forest in NC and the club has leadership that has been in place for many years. They have asked for others to step up, so they can take a break and spend some time with family and other interests in their lives. There have been no individuals that have stepped up to take over the duties of the club, so it may dissolve and that would put the spring event as we know it probably off the event calendar. That is not to say that we could not book the group campground and have a rover event, but it would require some organization and responsible parties to take care of the arrangements and pay the tab to the Park Service, which is really nominal, but someone would need to pay it, and then hope that those that may show up reimbursed them. The club makes this much easer, plus all the other things that the club provides in planning and putting on the event, like food, vendors to provide nice prizes, etc.
The fall event URE (Uwharrie Rover Event) is hosted by the Old North State Land Rover Society and is scheduled for Oct as usual.
