Voyager Roof Racks
This is incredibly frustrating to hear, and this is not the only time I have heard bad things about them, but at least the first time it was about how long it took to get to them, and how hard it was to reach them, not the quality of their work. I really think their racks look great, and want to get one, I am handy with welding, but I dont want to have to pay upwards of a thousand dollars for something I'm going to have to touch up, especially if I'm paying a butt-ton on shipping it out to Hawaii!

Sorry to dig up an old thread here, but you guys are making me worried! I ordered a Voyager rack and it arrived at the depot today and they're shipping it out tomorrow. I'm nervous about what i'm going to get now! I'll make a new thread with some pictures as soon as I get it.
month later, it arrived damaged and missing hardware. I've tried calling (no one ever snswers), tried emailing and I get a run around saying I can pay to ship it back + pay a minimum 25% restocking fee!!!
DO NOT BUY FROM VOYAGER!!!
The guys were super friendly until they got my business… after I pay it was a debacle, horrible attitude, delays without explanation and an final mediocre product (scratched all over the place)
Thats Voyager for ya. Granted they cant always fail with every customer, they would no longer exist. But on average they are really a crap company. Lots of regret on my end with the rack for my LR3, thread around here somewhere. Sorry you ended up being another victim.
