2001 Disco II, 150,000 miles -

The 10 amp fuse for the power steering and the horn keeps blowing out on me. I buy a 10-pack and use them up over a 2-3 month period. It's a cheap way to survive, but can anyone suggest a root cause/prevention of this symptom?

You will burn up or damage a wire harness, if you haven't already. Don't you realize what fuses are for, they are telling you something. Quit driving it and get it to a good electrical mechanic so he can fix it, TODAY.
