Default Got 2 questions

First one is, I noticed that the control wire for the cd changer (clarion, I think) in my 95 4.0 SE seems to be the same as the one from my 94 RR county (pioneer), does this mean I could interchange them? Cause the Pioneer one never skipped, even when off-road and the other one Skips way too much. Second question is, does anyone know if the audio leads that goto the sub are High level or low level? I want to tap into them and run them to my own sub box/amp and not sure if I can run them into the low level inputs or if I need to go through a high to low level converter then to my amp etc.....

I can try to answer one of your questions> I would run your own wiring for your sound system leaving the old intact for in case someday you do sell it and want to put the old back in. Then I had my system done, I made sure that everything that was there was left but hidden, that way if they pull my Rover from my dead cold hands, they can put it back to the original.

Just a thought.
