I've always wanted a roof frack for my disco2. I designed it and had a friend fan it up for me. It's made from 1" square tubing 14gage. Its light but is very strong. I'm close to 380lbs and it doesnt flex when I walk on it. I'm very happy with my roof rack and the last minute back bumper build. I couldn't have asked for more. It's perfect.

Buffing the welds to get it ready for paint.

Initial fit to see if it needed adjustments. It was perfect.

Painted and completed. Very happy with the final product. Next is installing lights and trail gear. Hilift jack, sand mats, rack batwing awning (ill build it by hand) and other nicknacks.

Last minute bumper fab. Got to tidy up my wires and rework the muffler location to raise it up out of the way. Bumper is a 2\"x4"x3/16" tubing. Plenty enoung for me.
